Shipping
Last updated September 9, 2026
Your parts ship from the distributor that stocks them, straight to you or to your installer. Shipping is quoted on your call, before you pay, so there is never a surprise at checkout.
Where we ship
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii and outside the US are quoted case by case — ask on your call and we will price it honestly rather than guess.
How long it takes
- In stock: leaves the warehouse in 1–3 business days, then 3–7 business days in transit.
- Special order — a size, finish or bolt pattern built to order, and most dually and forged sets: 2–4 weeks.
- Tires mounted to wheels add a day or two, because a person mounts and road-force balances them before the set is boxed.
These are the ranges we actually see, not best cases. If your set is going to miss its window we call you — we would rather give you bad news early than let a date pass in silence.
What shipping costs
Shipping is quoted per order, based on where the parts are stocked and where they are going. A set of four wheels is heavy freight, and quoting it per order is the only way to be accurate. You hear the number on your call, before you pay.
Shipping to your installer
Send parts straight to the shop that is fitting them and save a step. Give us the shop name, address and phone on your call, and tell them to expect it. It is worth telling us the shop is a commercial address — that alone can save money on freight.
When it arrives
Two minutes here saves weeks later:
- Count the boxes against the delivery paperwork before you sign.
- Look at every box for crushed corners, punctures or scrapes.
- If a box is damaged, write it on the delivery receipt before you sign — even if the part inside turns out fine. A signature with no note is a signature saying it arrived perfect, and it ends most freight claims.
- Open everything within 48 hours and check the parts against your order, even if you are not fitting them for a month.
Tell us within 48 hours about damage or a wrong part and we handle the claim. Wait longer and the carrier will usually refuse it, which leaves us arguing on your behalf with a much weaker hand.
Before anything is mounted
Check every wheel against your order — size, bolt pattern, offset and finish — before a tire goes on. A mounted wheel cannot be returned. See Returns.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email as soon as the parts leave the warehouse. A set may ship in more than one box, from more than one warehouse, and arrive on different days. That is normal.
